Delivery

We currently only ship to the UK Mainland and aim to process all orders, within 1-2 working days of purchase. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification to advise that your items are on there way

Delivery is typically within 3 - 5 working days once your order has been dispatched.

All delivery charges are calculated on size, weight of the item(s) and delivery location, this is calculated at checkout.  Orders of £100 or over, will be delivered free of charge.

Please note that if your order contains multiple items (From Both Forever Home Interiors & Trusted Suppliers) your parcels will be shipped separately. This means:

  • You may receive multiple deliveries for one order.

  • Each delivery may have a different tracking number and arrival time.

  • We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information to ensure timely receipt of all items.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details on completion of your purchase at checkout, as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage of the items in accordance with your delivery instructions (Unless the shipping error was our mistake) 

We are unable to offer a refund if an incorrect delivery address was entered up on checkout.

We reserve the right, to refuse to deliver any items, at any time or withdraw items from sale.  We cannot be held reliable to you or any 3rd parties from withdrawing any item from delivery.

Please note: We like to play our part for the environment, therefore we may reuse boxes that are in good condition

 

Returns

We do hope you love your purchases. However,  We do accept returns for change of mind that are reported within 14 days of receiving the delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Item must be in a resaleable condition.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

We regret that in compliance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for all return costs, unless the item arrived damaged. 

** Please note, the original delivery costs are non refundable **

Please ensure the items are packaged correctly, to avoid any damage in transit, as this may affect your refund. We advise that you use, an insured and registered courier provider and keep proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for items, lost or damaged in transit.

 
Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hrs of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damages reported to us, after this period.

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged:

  • Take clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The inner packaging

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The shipping label

Failure to document damage may affect your claim.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Order Fulfilment

Some orders are dispatched directly from our trusted suppliers.

We currently only ship to the UK Mainland

All delivery charges are calculated on size, weight of the item(s) and delivery location, this is calculated at checkout. 


1.2 Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Standard delivery is usually 3–10 working days, depending on the item and delivery location.

  • Larger items such as furniture, lamps, large vases, and other bulky products may require specialist or pallet courier delivery, which could take slightly longer.

*Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed*.


1.3 Multiple Deliveries

Please note that if your order contains multiple items, your parcels may be shipped separately. This means:

  • You may receive multiple deliveries for one order.

  • Each delivery may have a different tracking number and arrival time.

  • We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information to ensure timely receipt of all items.


1.4 Delivery Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete.

  • Provide correct contact details for smooth delivery.

  • For large items (e.g., furniture, lamps, large vases, etc.), ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • Inspect the items upon arrival.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or restricted access, additional charges may apply.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

2.1 Inspection on Delivery (IMPORTANT)

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged:

  • Take clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The inner packaging

    • The damaged item(s)

    • The shipping label

Failure to document damage may affect your claim.


2.2 Reporting Damage

If your items are damaged or faulty, please report the issue within:

  • 24 hours of receiving the delivery (with photographic evidence).

Reports submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We will then contact our trusted supplier to discuss the issue and arrange either:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • Or a refund (subject to the supplier's discretion)


3. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how to return your items.


3.1 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind that are reported within 14 days of receiving the delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Item must be in a resaleable condition.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.


3.2 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Assembled furniture

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Items reported/returned after 14 days

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)


3.3 Return Process

  1. Contact us at Enquiries@foreverhomeinteriors.co.uk with your order number to request a return.

  2. Await authorisation before returning any items.

  3. Items sent back without approval will be refused.

  4. Once returned and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.


4. Failed Deliveries & Refused Goods

If:

  • You refuse delivery without valid reason

  • You miss a scheduled delivery

  • The provided address is incorrect

  • Access is restricted for large items

You may be liable for:

  • Return carriage charges

  • Re-delivery fees

  • Restocking fees

These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.


5. Important Notes

As some items may come directly from our trusted suppliers:

  • Stock levels may vary and delays could occur

  • Delivery times are estimates

  • Some items may arrive separately

  • Packaging may bear the supplier's branding

  • We reserve the right, to refuse to deliver any items, at any time or withdraw items from sale.  We cannot be held reliable to you or any 3rd parties from withdrawing any item from delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
