Delivery

We currently only ship to the UK Mainland and aim to process all orders, within 3 - 5 working days of purchase. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification to advise that your items are on there way

Delivery is typically within 3 - 5 working days once your order has been dispatched.

Due to COVID-19 or other factors that are beyond our control, our courier delivery times, may take longer than usual. 

All delivery charges are calculated on size, weight of the item(s) and delivery location, this is calculated at checkout.  Orders of £100 or over, will be delivered free of charge.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address details on completion of your purchase at checkout, as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage of the items in accordance with your delivery instructions (Unless the shipping error was our mistake) 

We are unable to offer a refund if an incorrect delivery address was entered up on checkout.

We reserve the right, to refuse to deliver any items, at any time or withdraw items from sale.  We cannot be held reliable to you or any 3rd parties from withdrawing any item from delivery.

Please note: We like to play our part for the environment, therefore we may reuse boxes that are in good condition

 

Returns

We do hope you love your purchases. However, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we do offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund.

** Please do not send any items back without prior arrangement **

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for all return costs, unless the item arrived damaged. 

** Please note, the original delivery costs are non refundable **

Please ensure the items are packaged correctly, to avoid any damage in transit, as this may affect your refund. We advise that you use, an insured and registered courier provider and keep proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for items, lost or damaged in transit.

 
Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damages reported to us, after this period.

Please can we ask, that you complete and submit the form below and upload a photo showing the damaged item, to allow us to submit a claim from our courier providers.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
